Shipping

  • Orders placed before 14:00 Monday to Friday (excluding holidays) will be shipped the same day from our UK warehouse, providing all of the ordered items are in stock.

    If we are unable to completely fulfil your order due to an item being unavailable from stock, your order will be held and dispatched when the order is complete.

    We regret we are currently unable to ship power banks and power stations to outside of mainland UK due to regulations in shipping lithium batteries. 

    The PW3R.com displayed stock quantities are available to other online customers and is also available to other channels.  If you require a latest current and incoming stock status please contact us at support@pw3r.com, quoting product names and quantities you require.

    During peak periods including Black Friday, Christmas and other holidays, same day shipments can be delayed. Situations beyond our control may also affect despatch times, these include strike actions, adverse weather and industrial disputes. For further details, please do not hesitate to contact us.

  • UK Orders placed before 14:00 Monday to Friday (excluding holidays) will be shipped the same day from our UK warehouse providing all of the ordered items are in stock.

    A tracking number and courier information will be emailed to you once your order and shipping has been processed.

  • Orders are delivered Monday to Friday. We offer the following services:
    All items excluding power banks:

    Up to £50 DPD next day £2.99
    £50-£150 DPD next day FREE
    Over £150 DPD Free

    Power Banks:
    Power banks are shipped by Fedex next day delivery at a cost of £7.99 up to an order value of £50 (maximum parcel dimensions of 60x40x40cm and 25kg).

  • UK orders placed before 14:00 Monday to Friday (excluding holidays) will be shipped the same day from our UK warehouse, for next day delivery, providing all of the ordered items are in stock.

    Delivery to Scottish Highlands, Scottish Isles, Isle of Man, Northern Island, Scilly Isles and Channel Islands takes 2-5 working days.

  • Shipping of all items excluding power banks takes 2-5 working days.

Returns

  • We want you to be completely satisfied with your PW3R Product, if for any reason you need to return your item you can do so for a full refund within 28 days of order.

    Orders purchased directly from PW3R.com will be accepted. If your item was purchased from an authorised retailer, you will need to contact them directly for returns.

    All items must be in an unused condition including any accessories, manuals and documentation, in the original packaging.

    We may request your order to be returned to one of our global warehouses including France.

  • Please email support@pw3r.com and include these details in the email:

    1. Your order number
    2. Date the order was received
    3. The reason for requesting the return and any other information we should be aware of
    4. If the product is damaged or faulty for any reason, please include photos of the product

    It is the responsibility of the customer to pay the return cost.

    Once received and checked, we will keep you updated by email as to the status of your return.  

  • If a refund is applicable, you will be notified and the refund will be processed within 10 business days and issued to your original form of payment.

  • Where an exchange is required, please email support@pw3r.com and include these details in the email:

    1. Your order number
    2. Date the order was received
    3. The reason for requesting the exchange and any other information we should be aware of
    4. If the product is damaged or faulty for any reason, please include photos

    It is the responsibility of the customer to pay the return cost.

    Once received and checked, we will keep you updated by email as to the status of your exchange.  

  • Changes and cancellations can only be considered when the order has not been accepted by our warehouse. Once the order has been accepted by our warehouse we are not able to cancel or change the order.

    To request a change or cancellation, email us at support@pw3r.com with the reason for the change or cancellation.

Payments

  • We accept all major Credit and Debit cards including American Express, Discover, Visa and Mastercard, as well as Apple Pay and Google Pay.

  • Please contact us at support@pw3r.com asking for a VAT receipt and we will send one to you.

  • The prices on our website are in UK pounds (GBP) and are inclusive of any applicable taxes, unless otherwise stated.

Warranty

  • Our products are covered by a 24-month manufacturer’s warranty from the date of purchase.
